Canicule Release
We are super happy to share w/ you the actual album by Steven Doman “Canicule“.
In 2018 we recorded the fifth track at our Klingenthal Studio.
Now Steven’s whole EP is out !
About Steven:
I help fellow artists realize their creative visions.
I’m a classically trained singer, composer, audio engineer and multi-instrumentalist.
You’ll most likely find me collaborating with choreographers, film directors, and musicians;
scoring films, producing albums, building studios and writing music for contemporary dance.
I enjoy engaging in conversations with creators from various disciplines so please get in touch with your ideas.

One brisk East-German November morning in 2018 I took the train from Berlin to Potsdam
to meet the Selke Brothers for an impromptu improvisation session at their Klingenthal Studio.
With Daniel on the piano, Sebastian on cello, and myself on the synthesizer;
we recorded what would become “an unexpected ending” in one take.
After the session I took the raw recordings made through their soviet-era analog console back home to Montréal,
and gave them a delicate treatment for this release.
I hope the music transports you where you need to go.
